Customs -Customs will be made by =R-C-R unless another admin is requested for design. -Note the founder if you want a custom -Please state what you want your custom to be based off of, and any colour requirements. If you wish for another admin to do your custom, add that in there but SEND IT TO THE FOUNDER so she may contact that admin.
Orbicat Design Requirements -Your orbicat MUST have an object to orbit around them, it cannot be just any object. It has to relate to what they're based off of. (EX; Ballet has ballet slippers orbiting around her.) -Your orbicat cannot have more than three colours on their fur unless permitted by the founder. -Your orbicat may have hair -NO PUPILS the eyes are one solid colour

TO BECOME A REGULAR You must complete the following or be chosen by the founder. -You must have a DRAWN ref of each of your orbicats(UNLESS GIVEN PERMISSION TO USE LINEART, YOUR OWN LINEART DOES NOT COUNT AND YOU MAY USE IT WITHOUT PERMISSION.) -You must have contributed an idea(Events, Memes, New Rules, etc.) -You must have filled out at least ONE meme -You must be ACTIVE -You must draw your orbicats REGULARLY
